Recent projects undertaken by the Attentional Consulting team include:

  • Crime Drama. We used proprietary metadata to analyse the preferences of different demographic groups within the crime drama genre.
  • EPG Positioning. We created a risk assessment model to predict the impact of portfolio repositioning.
  • Economic Recession and Viewing Preferences. We used specialist coding and modelling techniques to assess viewing changes in US network shows during recessions.
  • The European Community. We led an international consortium on the application of the AVMS Directive to linear and non-linear services.
  • Production Cost Benchmarking. We compared programme costs across terrestrial broadcasters.
  • Scenario Modelling. We developed future scenarios for children's television for Ofcom.
  • Repeat Cycles. We conducted an ANOVA analysis to optimise repeat runs for a major broadcaster.
