Attentional Ltd. started life as David Graham & Associates Ltd in 1990. To reflect the development of the business, the name was changed to Attentional Ltd. in 2007.
Board
Attentional Ltd is a private company owned by David and Imogen Graham. Two staff representatives, Adrian Edwards, Head of Operations, and Chris Humpherson, General Manager, sit on the Board. Peter Fox, a lawyer, also attends Board meetings as an Advisor.

Attentional holds a majority shareholding of Attention Inc, a US company. Attentional also holds a substantial shareholding in Tape Consultancy Ltd.
