From: David Graham, Attentional Ltd.
Today we launch a series of White Papers on the management of creative teams. Good practice in managing creativity means reducing unnecessary risk and increasing profitability. Our first White Paper uses the ITV drama, Whitechapel, produced by Carnival, as a hypothetical case-study. Whitechapel was a drama that got it right. The White Paper shows why, and how success rates can be improved by targeted research within teams developing both scripted and unscripted projects.
Data and information may only be used on condition it is sourced and credited to Attentional and, where appropriate, to BARB and other named sources.
